For years, Simon’s smile chipped away at his confidence. His lateral incisor sat further back than the rest of his teeth, and the chipped edges of his upper central incisors made the flaws in his smile even more visible. We began by treating the cavities and replacing all the defective fillings.

The orthodontic treatment with 20 sets of aligners took about 5–6 months and corrected the rotations in the upper and lower jaw and, most importantly, corrected his edge-to-edge bite (the cause of the chipped edges on his front teeth).

The final stage of the treatment involved a few weeks of at-home whitening therapy with custom-made trays, after which Dr Riahi bonded the central incisors.

Through this minimally invasive treatment we corrected not only the chipped edges but also achieved an exceptionally harmonious smile with a correct bite, which will save the patient a lot of future trouble..
